...deserve our honest, heartfelt thanks for what they do and have done for us. They live and work under [sometimes] extreme conditions to provide all of us with the comfort we find in our daily lives. Even those of us who may not have much - we have the freedom so many others do not.
It's Veteran's Day here in the States. If you see a veteran (or active duty person - and remember women serve too!) be sure to thank them for their service! Buy 'em a cup of coffee - or pick up their tab for a meal if you can afford it. But, one thing is certain...
The words "Thank you" doesn't cost you a cent.
